15-30 people, one house, shared spaces. During major summits like Forbes 30U30 and Davos, we rent a villa. We live together, share meals, and host the unofficial afterparties.
Daily Rituals
Morning coffee, group dinners, fireside talks. The summit is just the backdrop—the house is where the real conversations happen.
Flagship Gatherings
Beyond the summits. Full takeovers of castles or retreats. 4 days. 80 people. Forum theatre, fire circles, living library, and vast amounts of unstructured time.

In 2015, I founded Corruption Kills after the Colectiv nightclub fire. We brought 600,000 people into the streets—the largest protests in Romania's history. I learned what happens when people stop performing and start showing up.
Already doing it informally: Co-organizing co-living and party houses around the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit for nearly a decade. Bringing together communities that rarely end up in the same room.
